Driving Directions to Portland Clinic
From I-5 going South:
Take the Multnomah Blvd. Exit (second exit after leaving downtown).
Go straight for about a mile.
Turn left into the strip mall with Plaid Pantry and Papa Murphy’s signs.
We're next to the plaid pantry at 45th Avenue.
From I-5 going North:
Take the Terwilliger exit (stay to the right so you do not go back onto I-5).
Take a left at the light (going over I-5).
Take a left at the first light onto Barbur Blvd.
Go straight for about 0.7 mile.
Pass the Safeway then veer right onto Multnomah Blvd and proceed as above.
From Beaverton:
Take Hwy 217 to the Allen Blvd exit and proceed east on Allen.
Follow Allen through curves as it turns into Garden Home Road.
Follow the main road as, just past Oleson Rd., it curves to become Multnomah Blvd.
Turn right into the strip mall with Plaid Pantry and Papa Murphy’s signs

Merge onto I-84 E/US-30 E via EXIT 300 toward PORTLAND AIRPORT/THE DALLES.
Merge onto I-205 N via EXIT 8 toward SEATTLE/PORTLAND AIRPORT (Crossing into WASHINGTON).
Take the NE GHER RD/NE 112TH AVE exit, EXIT 30A.
Turn RIGHT onto NE 112TH AVE.
Turn LEFT onto NE 49TH ST.
End at 11320 NE 49th St Vancouver, WA 98682-6547.
From I-205 going North:
After crossing into WA, take the NE GHER RD/NE 112TH AVE exit, EXIT 30A.
Turn RIGHT onto NE 112TH AVE.
Turn LEFT onto NE 49TH ST.

From I-5 going South:
Merge onto I-205 S via EXIT 7 toward WA-14/SALEM/I-84.
Take the WA-500 exit, EXIT 30, toward VANCOUVER.
